Vision & prototype

Starting from a blank page is intimidating. Making something look polished took design skills, time, or both. So most teams built elsewhere: in research with 15 L&D admins, only four created content natively in Thrive. The rest built in other tools and uploaded the result.
Building a course, a page and a space felt like three different products stitched together. Each of Thrive’s seven content types had its own creation form, and even the button to finish changed from screen to screen: Post, Review, Create space.
It had to be trustworthy, and often wasn’t. Work that didn’t save and content that wouldn’t publish topped the support queue, and authoring kept coming up when enterprise deals were lost. Nothing else matters if you can’t trust the tool with your work.

Content Creator becomes the production engine of the platform, where anyone can make something great — admins, managers, subject-matter experts, even learners. Four ideas hold it together.
The skill you learn once carries everywhere. Building a page, a homepage or a piece of learning should feel the same. One unified way to create, across everything you make.
Great-looking content, without the learning curve. Set your brand, fonts and colours once, and everything inherits them. Freedom within a frame — so it's genuinely hard to make something ugly.
A creative partner, not a gimmick. Tell Content Creator who the content is for and what you want people to learn, once. You stay in control of the direction; AI takes on the mechanical work.
Saves as you go, publishes every time. Work saves reliably and publishes without fail. And once it's live, the platform helps you understand whether it's landing — so you're never guessing.

The redesign shipped to production in September 2026. Before a line of it was built, Content Creator became the production engine at the centre of Thrive’s 2026 vision: leadership used the prototype to split the year’s roadmap into team workstreams, and it’s now the story product, design and go-to-market tell about where the platform is headed.
Blank page → a published, on-brand course
Beta testers chose to build on the new layouts
Content Creator becomes how new content is made; legacy creation retires end of 2026
“Page creation on Thrive is far more intuitive now. The left-hand section menu keeps content clearly segmented while writing, solving a major pain point I had with the older version.” — Enterprise customer, beta

Less busywork, fewer tools, faster from idea to published.
Rich, engaging, on-brand content people actually want to use.
Work that saves and publishes reliably, every time.
A clear signal on whether your content is landing.
Content Creator sits in the Create part of Thrive's 2026 vision — the production engine that feeds everything else: learning to consume, knowledge to share, and content ready to reach people wherever they are. One pillar of a single, unified platform.
